Mosaic vignettes of tropical meets desert plants, silhouettes of palm fronds, cactus, and flowers pop against the pool courtyard walls, bringing nature into full-color blooms year-round. Cascading tile mosaics spill over 4-foot planter edges, pulling together the mosaic aesthetic site-wide around the community, from the leasing office and model home to poolside and fire pit amenity areas.

Custom tiles handmade by Hope Hummingbird add textural depth and narrative significance with references to local wildlife and nature.
